we arent the only ones

something good must be happening in the world. rather than over-hearing the usual non-sense monkey’s squabble. two girls at borders were talking about going off the grid! it is nice to know that others entertain the similar plans. getting land and building a sustainable off-the-grid house. it was amazing to hear other people with the same plan. it is up to us to turn things around and start helping earth’s immune system so she can handle the remainder of the toxic establishment.

SEG – Searl Effect Generator

April 14th, 2009 No comments

Searl Effect Generator (SEG) is “open system energy converting device” which is “capable of converting ambient sources of energy to electrical power”.

“The Searl Effect is based on magnetic waveforms that generates a continual motion of magnetized rollers around magnetized rings.

The energy conversion needed to power it involves processing of random quantum fluctuations and kinetic energy within the atomic lattice into coherent currents of electron pairs Read more…

Solar Power

Solar power virtually unlimited source of clean energy that could easily uproot our dependencies on grid-tie electricity. The initial costs for solar systems can be quite expensive when powering common devices that are not efficient. When implementing a solar system with a limited budget one should closely examine their electricity usage and how it can be limited as well as switching to devices that are designed highly efficient.

Solar Generators can be setup in many different configurations including hybrids with other/existing systems. A simple independent solar system consists of solar panels, batteries, charge controller, and sine wave inverter to deliver AC power.
Additional components and information.

Switching to solar energy greatly reduces environmental issues and enables an off-the-grid solution so there aren’t recurring fee’s for power consumption.

Generate pure drinkable water from the humidity in the air.
EcoloBlue™ is a state-of-the-art Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) that produces purified drinking water from the humidity in the air.

To ensure the purified drinking water, EcoloBlue™ uses a multi-stage filtration system free of chemicals, using the “Reverse Osmosis” and the “Ultra Violet” filters, while the “Electrostatic Anti-bacteria & Anti-fungus” filter is cleaning the air in your home/office. The water ready for drinking can be hot or cold 200F or 40F (95c or 5c); a feature also available on all 5 industrial machines. All the AWG machines can be connected to a city water main line and “play the role” of only filtering the water.

EcoloBlue™ offers a full line of Atmospheric Water Generators ranging from a home/office unit, EcoloBlue™ 28 producing 28 liters of water per day up to 5000 liters from our industrial/ commercial units: EcoloBlue™ 200liters – 500liters – 1,000liters – 3,000liters and 5,000liters models, utilizing solar or wind

Gedoesic Domes – Don’t be a square

Image from Pacific Domes

A geodesic dome (wikipedia) is a spherical or partial-spherical shell structure or lattice shell based on a network of great circles (geodesics) lying on the surface of a sphere. The geodesics intersect to form triangular elements that have local triangular rigidity and also distribute the stress across the entire structure. When completed to form a full sphere, it is known as a geodesic sphere.

Geodesic domes are much stronger and more efficient than conventional square structures. They also promote wellness and positive cymatics because of the sacred geometrical design.

There are many sites out there to order plans and kits to setup a dome for yourself. Domes are typically framed with steel or timber and canvass or plywood for the external shell.

Wind power is another source of clean energy that has been around for a very long time and is widely used for commercial power generation.  It has been time to bring them to our homes.  Harnessing power from wind is typically done using a wind turbine , batteries, charge controller, and sine wave inverter to deliver AC power.
